Shared Data: name, e-mail address, workplace, age group, gender, issues and comfort levels.

Purpose of processing: Purpose of localisation and processing of the reported issues and of scientific data analysis of comfort level reports.

Basis in law: Consent pursuant to GDPR Art 6 (1) (a), Tasks of the University, Art 6 Abs 1 lit e iVm § 3 UG (Forschung) iVm § 7 DSG.

Any data that do not include personal results are stored for possible further research projects. Basis in law: GDPR Art 6 (2) § 3 UG iVm § 7 Abs 1 Z 2 DSG.

For documentation of consent name, e-mail address, date and purpose of processing are being stored.

Recipient: No transmission to third parties; no contract processing, no transmission to third countries.

Duration of storage: The shared data are being saved for 3 years after expiry of the FFG funding period or until the time when you withdraw your consent.

Data subject rights:

You have the right to: 

  • Information and access, to find out whether we have personal data of yours stored and what data it is.
  • Rectification – correction and/or completion of your personal data that are incorrect or incomplete
  • Erasure – deletion of your personal data that are being processed in a manner which is not lawful or is no longer lawful
  • Restriction of processing 
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent that you have given, effective for the future: i.e. further processing of your data is then not allowed from that point in time onwards, unless there is an overriding legitimate reason for doing so.
  • Object to any assertion by TU Graz of an overriding legitimate interest in storing/processing the data.

I consent to the personal data that I share for the research project FEELings of TU Graz, (Institute of Construction Management and Economics) and Know-Center in collective responsibility, being collected, saved and processed:

  1. Name, email address, workplace, age group, gender, reported issues for the purpose of localisation and processing of the issues I report and group based scientific data analysis – to be saved up to 3 years after expiry of the FFG funding period.
  2. Name, email address, workplace, age group, gender, comfort level for the purpose of scientific data analysis of my comfort level reports – to be saved up to 3 years after expiry of the FFG funding period.

I have read and understood the data protection information

I can withdraw my consent at any time with effect for the future according to article 21 of the GFPR and – if the processing can not be based on other justifications – demand that my data be deleted in accordance with article 17 of the GDPR.
